"I've been going here for a couple years now, and while the area and the customer service isn't the greatest, the food is pretty much always fantastic. It's better than most fast food places in the area, and its WENDYS! You have to be insane to not like Wendys. However, being honest here, while most of my visits here have been overwhelmingly positive, there have been some mistakes and nitpicks here or there. Sometimes they might forget to take off mayo on your burger. Sometimes the nuggets won't feel as crispy and delicious, and that can also apply with the fries. However, I've never had an outright BAD experience here. And on the plus side, the burger I get (Baconator) is always perfect when I get it, so I probably shouldn't be complaining."
"This place sucks! Took nearly 21 minutes to get my inside order. First they said they were waiting on fries. Fine. Then they filled every order except mine, even people that were on the board LATER than mine. Only tried to fill it after I inquired about it taking so long. Then they had no idea what I ordered despite the ticket being right there. My table ordered at the same time and nearly finished their food before I got mine. French fries were warm at best and all tiny broken pieces. Lettuce was the hard knob at base of the head…you know… the tastiest part. Service 0/5, possibly -1/5"
"Spent the day selling toys and stopped for food. Super clean inside! Food was on point and quick! Service was smiling all the way. Would recommend stopping in for a fast bite"
"I came and ordered $35 worth of food. Customer service was non existent. Very rude. Literally just shoved the bag out to me. Not even basic customer service. No hello. Not even a fake smile. Then the order was wrong, shorted a cheese burger and a chicken nugget. Looked at me like I was nuts."
"Got my brothers order wrong and did absolutely nothing to help. Communication was basically impossible because this lady mumbles, has an accent, and clearly does not care in any sense. She tried gaslighting him into thinking that she didn't get his order wrong. There's better food in the area anyway. Pictures included: What my brother received vs how it should look. And I understand that nothing will come exactly as advertised, but the difference is drastic."
