"Came in four days before my event, and was swiftly taken care of. Very unstress Fool easy and the guy who took care of me was very professional. Even gave me a discount. Went to Men’s Wearhouse the day before and they tried charging me $40 extra because it was such short notice. It’s nice to know that they’re still small businesses out there that take care of you instead of being forced to shop at these chains. I would absolutely recommend for anyone looking for formal wear. Furthermore, because of how well I was taken care of. I won’t go anywhere else."

They have been great to work with, especially with 75% of our wedding party living in different states. "Should be ZERO stars! AVOID MOMENTS TUX SHOP AT ALL COSTS! Hands down one of the worst experiences I have ever been subjected to...And that's saying a lot since I am a combat Army Vet and a retired cop. I needed to rent a tux for my daughter's wedding, and nothing was fitting properly. One of the owners (don't remember his name) was astonishingly rude, and very aggressive and demeaning towards my wife and I. Since nothing fit at all, we decided to take our business elsewhere and requested a refund. The owner REFUSED to refund a dime of our money, even though nothing was rented, and no services were ever rendered. In the end we had to go about it the hard way by way of a chargeback dispute through my bank...Which we WON. Oh, and we took our business to Men's Warehouse, where they had me taken care of in about an hour, with a tux that fit great, along with amazing customer service."
"You need to give Moments a chance to earn your rental business. They were outstanding for customer service and helpfulness, but the quality of the rental was great as well! They had THE most comfortable shoes I’ve ever rented for suits/tuxes! Small details made all the difference! Thanks for taking care of our wedding party!"
