"They never answer the phone or return phone messages...this is super inconvenient giving the fact i live 45 mins from town...i get it they can get busy but ive literally been calling for the last 2 days with no answer and i would like my prescription...also some of the staff can be just plain rude...this place needs to do better"

"Same as usual, my refill is never ready but this time it was the worst experience as this one staff was unreasonably rude to me. She told me to go back on Monday, implying I will have to be off my Effexor for a couple days. Her explanation was weirdly rigid and she should not be working in customer service or healthcare. She is a bad representative for Hyvee Pharmacy and Hyvee."
