"I usually order delivery and it is mostly ok. Nothing to brag about but a cheap lunch. This time I decided to pick it up for a quick dinner. Never again will I order from the Galesburg iL store! Looking in through the drive thru window, the store was filty! The guy that waited on me looked like they found him in a back alley..dirty and kept wiping his nose on the back of his hand. How gross! So disgusting that I could not bring myself to eat the food. Threw $25 in the trash. If I could give it a negative star review, I would!!!"
"First time I have ever ordered from there and will never again. I went to store to order. The door was locked at 11:20 AM. I ordered from car after setting up an account. When I went back to pick it up the doors were still locked. I finally got someone to open. Never said sorry or anything. I ordered a philly steak pizza. It was made wrong. No onions, green peppers, or mushrooms. When I called them all they said was to order and get 20% discount. After a that she hung up on me. Don't go there!!! They don't care!!!!!"
"It's very inexpensive. The better half likes it. Make sure they understand your name when ordering. ( I had a long delay trying to get that resolved at pickup)"
"pulled up to the drive-through window was told Pizza would be brought out to me because I’d be done in a few minutes pulled around to the curbside delivery waited over 25 minutes. When I pulled back up to the window they acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about never had this issue before but not happy."
"Give me a break...I ordered a large pizza with ham and pineapple...I got my pizza but it only had 2 and some 1 pieces of ham and ONLY 1 single piece of pineapple on the slices..You have got to be kidding me... Corporate must be telling the stores to skimp on toppings...No one would make a pizza like this...One piece of pineapple on a slice...Give me a friggin break...."
