Church's Texas Chicken

"One of the worst drive through experience. I ordered a 12 piece with two sides and 6 biscuits which about 30.00 The girl that took my order made me wait about 5mins before ordering. Told me to pull around she would bring it out to me .I waited 15minutes.I got off the car and she tells me sorry ma! I will get your order she never did. She kept serving every one else.The person in charge had to get my order. And I had to ask for my receipt. The girl with the tattoos was in her own world. She didnt know what she was doing.I will never return to this church's . BEWARE OF THIS CHURCH'S!!!!!!"

"On 1/3/24 I ordered a Fiesta Meal online and arrived 10 minutes after the pick-up time and the order still was not ready. I was told it would take another 15 minutes even with only 3 people in the lobby. Meanwhile, the staff is very agitated with on another because the group can’t seem to get it together as a team. They all kept talking about a lady who was returning angry because they got her order wrong. Not one smile or courteous word from any of them. I wasn’t offered anything, not even a soft drink, for my extended wait. By the time I got my order home I was missing 2 pieces of chicken and the biscuits seemed to have been shoved in the box of chicken because all 3 were in pieces when I opened the box. I’m 51 years old and have been eating Church’s Chicken since I was a kid. This has to be the first time that I have experienced anything like this. The staff had a bad work experience and seemed to take it personal, and then passing on that negative energy to not only myself but to the new customers walking in the door. This is a job and stuff happens sometimes. Perhaps, if they worked as a team, instead of finger pointers, their experience may have been different, or even better, and the customers walking in to spend their hard-earned money would not have felt the blunt of the hit from all that negativity. Time for a team workshop. Church’s, please address this."

"Everytime i go to this location they never have chicken. Tonight i went tried to order 3 orders of 2pcs and biscuits. The young lady ( dont want to mention names) said they didnt have enough. And i mentioned i didnt mond waiting for them to make fresh chicken. She got very upset. The gentleman came to drive thru window. Very nice. He was going to substitute for what ever chicken they had but the girl said no make her wait. I waited 30 minutes. She came out gave me my food and was making faces. Never again."

"Saw a TV commercial with steaming hot fried chicken from Church’s. One just happens to be down the street. What a waste of money. Chicken was warm and had been sitting so it wasn’t crispy. The fried okra was cold and hard. The mashed potatoes were the typical overly salty instant taters. Now, the biscuit was good. The coke was flat. In conclusion, shoulda stayed home a watched Wheel of Fortune!"
