"The employees were nice and very helpful through my shopping in this store . This review is directly strictly towards this store loss prevention personnel (Gerren) the African American guy needs additional training to practice non-biased racial profiling against other African - Americans who choose to shop at this location. Not only did this loser go out of his way to follow me around the store , he spoke to me on multiple occasions whilst I was literally trying to shop in peace. There were multiple groups of others that were waking around and shopping that he he could have watched or harassed. Yet he insisted to focus on me. I felt singled out, humiliated and also threatened by this large , unprofessional man that lacks social awareness and integrity. I will never patronize this location again due to this weirdo behavior and actions. I will not be surprised if he is allowed to work here that a lawsuit against this store I filed for racial harassment due to his behavior alone."

"This Nordstrom Rack store is pretty well stocked, both men and women selection are plentiful, but some times clothing are not in the right place or sizes aren’t were they are labeled. But consider the deep discounts I’m still coming back again."

"I love this place not just because it’s in my neighborhood but because they have good staff, they are friendly and they have good designer brands too. I was shopping last week and I was in line to checkout and there was this young girl with a scorpion tattoo on her right hand and I don’t know her name. First of all, I started by greeting her and she didn’t even say anything which is fine. I asked her to put a big jacket in a separate bag and she threw the bag on the counter. I asked her if she's ok and asked why she threw the bag like that and she said I didn’t throw it with a bad attitude. she thanked me for ruining her day and started looking at me in a bad way. I don’t know who is in charge in this store, I hope they explain to this young girl how she's supposed to interact with customers."
