"While its convenient to have a grocery store in town, the prices are out of hand. Almost $5 for a gallon of milk is absolutely ridiculous. $4 for a loaf of bread. Don't get me started on the price of other basic items. It's just insane! Meat sales can be pretty good, and the quality is excellent, but the price of everything else is uncalled for."

"Overpriced, sale prices are equal to basic everyday prices at Walmart, HyVee, and Save A Lot in Peru 15 mins south of town. It's a good thing we have a Dollar General, DG Market,Family Dollar, and a few small Mexican groceries. Those without transportation or are on fixed incomes generally shop elsewhere in town."
"Good selection of products. Plenty of staff to answer questions and offer assistance. I bought beef stew meat and made a tasty stew at the recommendation of a young man from the meat section who gave me a recipe he makes for his Grandmother."
