"Dec 16, 2023 Mendota location Today's staffing was excellent! The window staff was clear, articulate and kind. The food quality was fantastic compared to other days I have visited the establishment. "My chalupa was inedible. It was fried until it was so hard that it withstood several blows with a hammer (really!) without cracking. I complained, and it was replaced with a chalupa overcooked in exactly the same way. This Taco Bell is simply unable to deliver their recipes. Don't waste your time and money here."
"Service was slow. Looked like only two people working there. I had KFC and the chicken was tough. The mac and cheese was old but the coleslaw was good though. The place could use some attention to cleaning but it wasn't as bad as it could considering the number of workers. According to the signs the dining room closes at 8pm and the drive through closes at 9pm AND 10pm. I would just assume it's 9pm. The soda machine gave the impression off not being cleaned in a while, I hope that's not true. My over all impression is that I think next time I'll just go to McDonald's across the street."
