"We’ve come to the Jackson location three times and asked for chicken strips with gravy. Simple task right? We’ve never come late at night or prior to closing. And everytime we’ve come, we order the tenders with gravy, pay and we’re then told that they are “out of gravy for the night”. One time we even asked at the drive thru if there is gravy made and they assured us there was. Literally the last 3 times we’ve been. It’s getting old and a bit ridiculous. Fruitland DQ is never out of gravy though so we’ll just continue to go there."
