"Not just one time but every time we come here there’s a problem. The bread is hard as a rock and crumbles into pieces, mobile order is messed up, things missing, etc. I always ask for fresh bread and never get it. We have to go back in to ask for the rest of our meal. Workers hair is never pulled back. They come inside from a smoke break (saw them when walking in) without washing their hands and begin making the food. Use the same gloves they used to open the bread cabinet to make the sandwich, open the toaster, and finish the sandwich. Just disgusted overall. After tonight our business is gone."
