Domino's Pizza

"I felt really bad for the staff this Thursday night. Pick up orders were slammed all the way up to the entrance. By the time i arrived to the window I was told the wait was 15 minutes on top of the first initial 30 minutes I waited after making the order. So we drove to the end of the line to wait only to be told it was going to be another 15 minute wait by the time we got to the window the second time, I ended up requesting my money back which is something I usually never do. After fasting and having surgery yesterday i wanted to pick up some pizza from dominos and they dropped the ball honestly, and it wasn't the employees fault. Better training and/or expansion is needed for this location. This was after countless people left and peeled out of the parking lot shortly before leaving so I know we weren't the only family that left very dissatisfied and hungry. I hope service improves in the future because it's in a great location to be honest."

"Ordered a pizza that arrived cold and the delivery driver apologized that the pizza was cold as soon as it arrived because she had to deliver multiple orders. When I called the management he kept saying there was no way the pizza was cold and hung up the phone. The evening manager is the rudest manager I have ever witnessed. I randomly got a knock on my door from the same delivery driver with a new pizza apologizing for how her manager handled the situation. We ended up throwing out the pizza because we were worried about what might have been done to the replacement."

"Pizza was burnt, cheese sticks tasted like chemicals. When I did call the evening manager was rude and said I'm not giving you free food. I asked how we would resolve the problem with no answer said maybe I should talk with your3 gm. The guy got very smart In The mouth and said we don't have have one he retired. It just blew me away how this guy treats his customers. He said the Manger would be therr in the morning I had to ask him name then he hung up on me. I will be making a in-person trip tomorrow and will NEVER GO BACK."

"I will not be returning to this Dominos again. I agree with many of these other reviews. The pizzas have gotten worse over the last year. We decide to try them out again thinking maybe it will be made well. This time we decided to return the pizzas before even getting home. I will gladly spend my money elsewhere on a pizza actually worth eating. Such a disappointment this particular establishment has went down hill."

"Pizzas have gotten worse every time we go. We keep thinking surely they have figured out the issues. This time, the ingredients were so sparse that I would have been embarrassed to let them leave my store. It's bad when Little Caesars puts 3 times the toppings. That's why we go there now."
