"We waited 30 minutes for our food and this is the second time this has happened to us. I normally don’t post bad reviews or any reviews for that matter but this is crazy. I could’ve received our food faster at red lobster. They need to get this establishment under control and get people that can get there job done and done right. My kids love Burger King and the bundling is nice but they need better service. The first time this happened i waited for 20 minutes and ended up going inside after waiting in the parking spot they told me to pull to and i seen a bag laying on the counter for a few minutes while i was waiting on the gal at the register. I then asked for my order and they said oh we was just bringing it out. It was the bag laying on the counter. I asked for them to remake it, and the manager on duty shook her head and threw my bag in the trash. They need better management and service."

"Beautiful NEW Building. Very clean environment. The staff was nice. The food was okay for an afternoon snack on chicken nuggets and fries. Crowns were placed on each table, so even adults could have a little childhood fun!"

"Apparently these folks think their company is greater than my nation, as they fly their company flag above the nations flag, I have no problem lowering a flag to half mast, but if you lower one, lower them all, you don't fly any other flag above the American flag, this is the most offensive thing I have seen out of burger king in a very long time, very very sad"

"We ordered a simple chicken fries meal with a coke and fries and they took 45 minutes in the drive through, and they got 4 cars behind us their food before we got our food and the person in front of us was still waiting when we left, fries were soggy, they forgot the coke on the first run and took 8 minutes to get back out to us, chicken fries were cold, they forget the barbecue sauce and there was a worker in the lobby just sitting there on his phone, almost anywhere except burger King Is a nice to eat in Jackson, taco bell kinda sucks but this is just stuiped. Thanks for the long wait will not eat here again. Oh by the way I still never got my barbecue thanks for the plain chicken fries."
