"PROTECT YOUR ELDERLY PARENTS. Lizzett Vargas misrepresented Medicare calling (fishing) my mom and set up an appt. "to go over changes with Medicare". My mom accepted and I was at work. Never spoke about MDCR, instead offered a $50 life insurance. My mom agreed to a $50 plan, provided her with info and gave her card. My mom also rehiterated that her disability check is for a specific date and asked for plan to take an effective date then (because she doesn't know any better and took this agents word). After providing and signing for the $50 plan, Lizzette said "oh, I'm sorry, it looks like you don't qualify for the $50 plan.....but we have a $70 plan". My mom then asked her to wait for her daughter to come home and asked more than twice if "they" meaning the plan would not take her money because she didn't want the $70 plan. What happened? Lizzette, you made the sale with lies and misrepresentation. I hope you see this and call me because I left you multiple voice mails and even called and spoke with your "manager" who came to your defense as if it was my moms fault by saying "that's why I tell my elderly parent to not answer calls and direct them to me". Are you kidding me. You cost my mom an overdraft fee and proceeded to enroll her in a plan she did not want. I will be filing a complaing with MDCR for misrepresentation and fishing and am submitting a complaint with Texas Dept of Ins."

"Went for an interview. The girl that did the interview didn't even know that I was there for an interview. Kept asking if i had already finished the modules and training. She started talking about training, informed me it was purely commission based even though the indeed ad said it was hourly, and left the room to talk to the gentleman who was supposed to be doing the interview. I never saw him. Juan I think she said his name was. She tried to set up a follow up interview for the next day, I asked for 2 pm. She kept saying "we will see you tomorrow at 1pm". I didnt get a chance to ask any of the questions i had prepared, didnt get to turn in my resume even though I was asked to bring it, and never got to speak to the man in charge. The girl seemed underprepared, and uninformed. First impressions are everything, and I will not be returning."

"I have repeatedly tried to contact this company in Lubbock. All I’m getting is recorded messages. My agent was John Escamilla, which he’s no longer there. I’m in the process of dropping this company."
