"For starters, it should be a priority to Dollar General to provide its staffing with adequate training, security, and FULLY STAFF THE LOCATION!!!! shop and live in the neighborhood, the location is great except it's in a high crime area thus I take a chance , because I believe in convenience! A few weeks ago the air was out, no one seemed to care ( not the employees fault) long lines all the time, so you should schedule accordingly to the scene. Update !!! Yes, yes, Dollar General, u conquered the community with updated shelfs, new self checkout, and customer service. It is still a working progress, but I'm happy to see the change in our community. Thank u!"
"It was 8:43pm stopped there to grab a bag of dog food and the doors where locked. They didn't close till 9pm says the door. We knocked on the door and there was a guy walking up and someone from the counter got his attention and he walked away. No one would even let us know why they closed early. This isn't the first time they have done this to us. So if you going to shop there where they got dirty floors, hours that are messed up and ignorant people that work there you've come to the right place. Other than that I would go someplace else."
"Every time I come into this store they are understaffed. They always have a line of over 3-5 people, and usually only 1 person on the register. They attempt to not give the discounts that are listed directly on the products and items themselves, they had a sign about soda and attempted to tell me that it wasn’t covered by them and not give me the deal, until I mentioned it was false advertising, there are nearly always homeless people outside begging for money for liquor, which is next store, I greatly dislike this store for those reasons."
"This store could be stocked better. A lot of things I needed were out of stock. I was in line 3x longer than I was shopping! SLOW cashiers, not just a little slow either....and nobody in line had more than 4 items"
