"Store is usually set up well. There's a reward program. Best Family Thrift in the valley because they have more variety of clothes and cheaper prices. Women's restroom has only 1 working toilet. There is never any soap and no sanitizer anywhere."
"Horrible service! Managers asked for the original copy of my receipt in order for me to redeem my discount on Sunday. 9-4-18 I don't understand why they ask for my number when they only want the receipt to redeem discounts. There was no sign anywhere advising customers that one must bring their receipt in store. The day my original purchase was made, the cashier did not let me know about the receipt. They we're extremely rude when I asked about this the next day! Other times I am not entirely content with the cashiers, but this time I did not like it at all that I had to write this."
