"Love the staff! Mario, what a great guy very professional and knows his stuff. Even the owner is awesome! Very respectful from all the staff. As for the merchandise like any other furniture business, it does take awhile. The quality of it is spectacular. This is by far ONE of the only places I look for my furniture needs! "Great prices, but front office can use some help. Went in with a pre-qualified financing option but they weren’t able to see it on their side. She asked that if I was okay she could log in the application. She took almost an hour when I only took about 5 minutes. After wasting my time she made many mistakes on the application and the application bounced. So I had to call the financing company and spend another hour fixing her mistakes. My address, employer and many other things were wrong. After fixing everything they were able to deliver that same day - the only reason they’re getting a star. Customer advise: if you’re financing save some time and do the application yourself. Employer advise: please hire people that at least speak minimal English or ask her not to do applications for clients!"
