"It couldn't have been faster...I was in line for two minutes then a guy showed up and said who's coming for a pick up I rise my hand and two minutes more I was on my way out of the store carrying my PC screen ..Just to mention I placed my order thirty minutes before arriving at the store and I'm not even from Brownsville I just saw the store on my way to work"

"Normally a good place. I know Christmas is coming, but we're still in November... I went Saturday. It looked like some employees were "Grinching" already. At one point I saw one see me and detoured the other way. I just wanted to buy a TV. I managed to help myself and the only thing I didn't do was ring myself up.... The cashier Did thank me, though. They do have good items though but I am willing to pay a bit more, BUT... only if I get good service."

"I was just here and to no surprise I wasn’t helped. Every single time I visit the employees are little to no help at all. They have you standing there like an idiot and just walk past you without offering any assistance. They will look you in the eye and just walk off to what they were doing. It’s one thing if you don’t work a certain department but not even offering to call someone to assist is ridiculous. Wasted about 30 minutes waiting to get some AirPods and never got any help so I left."
