"I'm never purchasing another item from this place ever again. I purchased an insurance warranty on an item and it was never used. I wanted to use the insurance credit to buy a new item, since the insurance was never used, but now they are telling me that I need to provide them with a voucher from FIVE YEARS AGO! which I don't remember receiving. Plus, they do not have anything on file (Contract)."

"Poor extended warraty service, no return calls when promissed & have to continue calling them to remind them of service needed for appliace purchased. As if they ignor you on purpose just so they don't have to pay for parts & labor! What good is it to buy extended warranty with them if they don't honor it!"
