"Navigating through this store is easy. Parking space is great. Merchandise is neatly arranged. Great service at checkout. I like the store and I have gone back over and over again. A power tool that I bought, underperformed. It was returned and I got my full refund, without a problem. The variety of tools you get to buy is unbelievable. A particular grit of sandpaper was what got me to the store initially and I got hooked from thereon because of the variety on display. I never had a need to use the public restroom there so, I do not know whether or not one is available. I recommend a visit to the store at least once and you'll understand why you will return there. Simply a great store."

"The store itself is great if you need a tool that you will use on occasion. It will not hold up like a snap on etc but it will fit the bill for the most part. The staff is very so so but that doesn't really matter just stop by here on occasion and it works for me."
