"The entire place is clean just over crowded, the people on laptops taking up the seats and space instead of going to a library. 80% of the employees do not know how to make the drinks properly. Each time there’s a different barista, they make your drink how they want to and not how you want it."
"This is a cool little Starbucks located in Old Orchard Mall. Its not very big, hence me calling it little. The service is alright, not the most friendliest or best but I guess they are always quite busy.. The coffee / drinks are made well which is the most important part. There is some seating area inside but barely any standing room to wait in line.. but they do have outdoor patio with plenty of seats. Protip: make your order ahead of time with the app."
"Nathan and Yoss are WONDERFUL, efficient, sweet, and welcoming. Very happy with my delicious drinks. Yoss was very accommodating and they both made SURE our drinks were to our taste. Best people ever."
