"We were told they were going to close in a half an hour, which I made it a point to honor that by constantly looking at my watch to make sure I was walking out at 9pm. My friend was in the bathroom so one of the workers came over and took his seat away and the light was turn off on us at 8:58pm. We were told they had to count their drawers, when clearly, we were all standing up and walking towards the . I tried to lighten the mood because I can tell she was not happy but no personality, no sense of humor and terrible customer service."
"If I could create a measure to score the inefficiency at this location… I would spend the rest of my life creating it to let people know not to waste time going here. Slow moving staff, disorganized. The customer service is subpar and the manager Steve is unprofessional…. Smirking and trying to flirt while I ordered. Won’t return again to this location."
"Poorly managed this store. Went thru drive thru. Went inside for a remake which the cashier never rang it up so waiting 20 mins . Had to ask for a gift card because of how long I waited. The manager wasn't seen helping the other staff who was extremely busy making drinks. She was refilling the ice bins but not cashing out others or making the food orders. Should hire more staff if you can't time manage . Used my gift card at another location that never disappoints a mile away."
