"Entered the location, no one was in the line. There were customers sitting and employees working on orders. No one greeted me or gave the slightest “welcome, we’ll be with you” . I stood there nearly five minutes at the register before walking out. Terrible customer service. I’ve never had an experience as such."
"I absolutely love that the old train station was turned into a coffeehouse! You can’t build charm like vintage charm! This morning team worked hard to get the orders right and they were friendly and helpful! Be sure to pickup the used coffee grounds for your garden!"
"I was having a very rough day. But I had brought my newborn daughter with me to chocolate away my blues. The staff were so friendly and kept complimenting on cute she was and even gave me a free drink. I've gone through their drive-thru before too and the service is very speedy and friendly."
