"Took forever to even get halfway and the menu is so confusing by the Time i figured out how to read the menu I was shocked at how expensive it is!!! Who In the hell charges for a plain waffle cone to be added to the ice cream!!! I could understand if it was a dipped cone or dipped with sprinkles but a PLAIN waffle cone!!! Come on now your already charging almost 7-8$ just for the ice cream 1.50 for extra toppings and your one of the Only ice cream shops in town are you really that hard on money that you have to charge for the cone! I literally walked out after adding up how much 2 ice creams with a cone was going to cost and waiting in line for 30 mins!!! Very upsetting and definitely ruined my date night!!!"

"Horrible experience. Highly recommend you do not go to this Cold Stone and here is why. This is for the staff working the evening on 5/27/2023 1. The female worker dropped the ice cream scoop. They did not take take the scooper to the back to clean it. The male worker picked it up and put back in the water with the other scoopers. 2. My son asked for ice cream and then wanted to add toppings. They just scooped the ice cream and gave it to him. They did not even care or asked if he wanted anything in it. 3. I ordered a specialty flavor. They just threw everything together. It was not mixed and the cookie was not even broken apart. 4. We had another order and wanted chocolate and strawberries in it. There was only 1 strawberry and no chocolate. The staff did not care, the ice cream did not taste good and the value was not worth it. In addition, knowing they do not care to clean the equipment, especially after it was on the floor makes me sick. Will not ever go back to this store."

"Ice cream was cold. Nobody greeted at the door which i thought was unusual. Tried to use my bogo and it 'disapeared' randomly. Staff was alright i suppose. Not overall amazing if you catch my drift. The workers look over stressed. Overall its an ice cream place, and i miss the store manager that was only there a few weeks. Kurt really was awesome, and professional. What happened to him? Other than that, its ice cream. Not hard to mess up."

"Stopped to get my niece some ice cream after the park and was extremely happy with the service. Alex did such an amazing job getting us taken care of and my niece absolutely loved when he threw the ice cream in the air!! Will definitely be coming back soon."

I wasn’t having the best day when I went in and the worker Alex instantly put a smile on my face. He had such an amazing attitude and made sure I had a special and unique experience.
