"The service was excellent, I noticed that all the servers, bus boys, bar backs, hostesses were on top of it. I have only been here 3 or 4 times in my life and most of those were out of town. I honestly hope to never have to step foot in another one. The food is subpar, it's 1.5 stars better than apple bees (and I think their food is garbage). I can't with a good conscious, recommend that any one eats here, ever."

"My daughter and I went on the busiest day of the year.....Valentine's Day. Yes, we waited A LONG TIME, but that was VERY UNDERSTANDABLE considering how busy this location was. Staff/management was VERY ORGANIZED with seating patrons, restaurant and bathrooms were clean, food was delivered quickly and was VERY good. Was definately worth the 2 hr 20min wait. Our server was very attentive and had a great experience."

"We put our names down for the wait list and it said 15-25 min wait. We ended up waiting 35 mins, which was fine. But then we sat at our table waiting for someone to come and just bring us water for 10 mins, by the time the girl showed up we just wanted to order because we had now been waiting 20 mins past what we anticipated, and were very hungry. We placed our order and waited 15-20 mins for food to come. At this point it’s been a full hour past when we started this whole ordeal to eat at Texas Roadhouse… with two kids. Our ribs were DRY and BURNT. There was massive long strip of meat on top that was just one piece and all dry. Couldn’t even pull it apart to eat, it tasted terrible. But again, we were very hungry by this point and just ate around those pieces especially since waiting for the waitress to complain wouldve taken far too long. And by the time we would’ve said something, and had something new brought out wouldn’t have been worth our time. We had two toddlers with us and just wanted to be done and get home. The waitress was fine. Nothing spectacular and definitely not attentive. We will not be back, we’ve given this location multiple times and this was the last time we will eat here. The food was terrible and it ended up making my son sick and he is not having bathroom problems from his food. Just bad overall. Waste of money."

"Love Texas roadhouse. Have loved everything have ever gotten. In our home town. This first time have been to the Arnold st Louis Location so far has not disappointed. I was disappointed the fact that my side dishes where covered in gravy by the time it got toe should ha e put on sperate plate from mine dish and chicken ended up being under cooked."

"This was really a great experience overall, book using the app from Google, that told me how much time the wait was going to be, the confirmation text was when stated the countdown on the timer. Showed up and checked in knowing had about 10 minutes to go but, they had the table ready and took us right back. The service was great, with a server that paid very close attention to our needs. The food was all very well prepared and presented. Cook the steak to what I was expecting to get and the whole thing turned out super great! The Kiosk at the table was ideal to finish up on and pay as well. Much less costly than I expected for 2 people.."
