"*DO NOT ORDER ONLINE* I placed an online order tonight thru the website. When my husband tried to pick it up, he was told they didn’t have it. Even after providing the order number from the confirmation email, we were told that they only accept orders thru DoorDash. The manager insisted it could easily be fixed by “refunding it on the website”. Only, there is NO WAY TO REFUND IT ON THE WEBSITE. There is no number to call, only a satisfaction survey that ends with a coupon code. When I checked my bank to try and stop the charge, I saw that they CHARGED ME TWICE FOR FOOD I NEVER RECEIVED. $70 total. Every number is a dead end, including the GM. The manager does not care and is not helpful at all. He couldn’t even provide me with a corporate number to call. I had to tell him to write my number down to have the GM call me back, it was not offered. No solution and I’m out $70. I will be reporting this location to the BBB for failing to follow thru or offer help toward a solution, and I will be having my bank report the charge as a scam. Because that’s exactly what it is. And the staff could not care less."

"This order was great, except that I had ordered it online earlier in the day for pickup at 4:30 PM. When we got there around 4:15, they said they had no such order, even though I showed them my online confirmation receipt. Within minutes, the order came through and they got it all together within 5 minutes. Overall, the experience went fairly well..."

"Walked in at 7:30 thinking we’d grab a quick bite to eat. We were told by the counter person they were doing carry out only. We didn’t want to do carry out because the food always gets soggy by the time we make it home. Pretty disappointed. They said they close at 8. It only takes me 5 mins to down a few pieces of fish! Anyway, we left, Googled the location, Google said they close at 9:45. Decided to call, girl who answered said they close at 9. Can’t help but feel like we may have just been discriminated against."

"This location is the closest to our house and it is an hour away so whenever we are around we consider it a treat to stop in. But our latest vist on 12/11 was horrible everything was hot but the chicken hadn't been in fryer long enough and the coating wasn't cooked all the way through and it was falling off the chicken and both the chicken and fries had an odd taste like the oil needed to be changed. We had an appointment to get to so we didn't make a stink. I don't know what has changed but this wasn't the quality we have come to expect from this location. There aren't any Long John Silvers close to us so we drove an hour and it was worth it. Every thing was fresh and hot and workers were friendly."

"I love long John silvers. Haven't been there since a child. We used drive through and the speaker system was bad. He was constantly repeating himself and confusing us. He got a 3pcs fish meal and I got a fish taco combo with an extra pair of hush puppies. In the end he is the only one who got a single hush puppy. We didn't realize until we were home. Delicious food. Poor service system. Employees were nice and friendly."
