"This place is crazy expensive. It's fast food. Two value meals and a cheese burger was $36!! I couldn't believe it. It's not even that great of a cheese burger. One of the burgers was wrong. They made us a new one of course and let us keep the old one. We took it home and never ate it. Ended up going to the trash."

"Some older lady took our order. She didn't look at us more than twice through the whole interaction. She seemed annoyed that she had to take our order. The food also wasn't hot, half of the soda options weren't available, and the floor was gross. I don't believe I'll be returning to this one."

"It's been a few years since I've been to Wendy's. I had some work being done at my home, and I wanted to buy the workers their lunch. I asked from where they wanted their lunch from, and unanimously, they wanted Wendy's. I did this last Saturday, Sunday and today. I ordered for myself as well, and I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the intercom person was and the same for the gal at the window. She might have been the same person. She bagged all my orders up individually and placed all of them in a big bag with handles, and placed my drinks in drink carriers. Each order had napkins, ketchup, and salt. I'm lucky if every other fast food burger joint in Arnold just gets the order correct, which most don't. The buns were fresh, the burgers were delicious, and the fries were hot and really good, too! I realize that this probably seems like an over the top review for a fast food joint, but I'll tell you what. In my opinion and this just doesn't pertain to fast food! The poor attitude, the terrible work ethic, and the ridiculous way these restaurant operations are now managed are appalling. Especially for +-$15.00 an hour. Wendy's was awesome! Thank you."
