McDonald's 11111 West 179th Street, Orland Park, IL 60467

"I came to this location on 2/29/24. My order was taken by a young lady with glasses and brown hair, not sure her name. When I paid, I was just told the amount, not my order confirmation, which I figured was okay. I got to the window and my order was wrong. I let the staff know and the first lady serving me my food was very nice, but the young lady in the back refused to admit that my order was incorrect, didn’t offer to fix it, and insisted that I ordered what I was being given. As I work a full time job and am not willing to fight with a child, I drove away with the wrong order. Please teach your employees proper customer service. I go to this location frequently, but I do not want to be met with this kind of service again. I understand it’s a chain, but customers deserve to receive what they ORDERED."

"This is one of the best McDonald's I've stopped at. Very accurate, cooked, and fresh meals. I like it when the food is fresh, fast and friendly. This restaurant checked all the boxes. I wish more restaurants got it down like this one, way to go!!!"

"Visited the drive through today at 12:25. When went to pay the associate didn't verify order, gave me a receipt which showed what I ordered, then pulled forward and given the wrong order. Was asked to move ahead to stall 3. At which time another associate brought out my partial order. I had to go inside, was told they under charged me. All the while, my 89 year old mother sat in the car, without a straw for her softdrink, and my burger got cold. Not to mention the attitude of the manager, Diana. Really stunk. We'd be hard pressed to visit this McDonald's again."

"I stopped by for a large fry. I went to the window it was $4.27! Very high of a price but I was hungry. I looked in the bag for salt and saw how many fries were in a large! Seriously? I asked the teenager as I was showing him if this is how many fries come in a medium? Where were the rest of them? It's not even filled. He shook his shoulders. Gave me my salt and I left. Prices to high got the little you get."
