"DO NOT GO HERE,the chicken is left out for more then 45 min at a time,the burgers are left in the trays for hours at a time,and hot dogs will be black and they will still send them out,they won't filter the fryers for days and will only change the oil after 2 days of smoking"

"1st time and last time. The drive through wait time was a bit long for being the only car in line. When I received my burger, it looked like it had been thrown together with a gallon of mayo (see picture) and the bun was smashed in two pieces. Terrible food service."

"The food is greasy but it's good stuff. The service we had that night was amazing We walked in with 6 people and it was a big order but they delivered with smiles and speedy service. Kids loved it!"

"Drive thru experience was fine. 5 minute wait time for chicken strips. Felt they were salty—could just be me though. The burger.. Well. Picture included. I love A&W root beer, so I love to stop just for that reason. Not my usual store but was fine. Fries were really really good this visit. Best I've had in a hot minute"

"Decided to go here on day two, right at the end of the lunch rush. Only took a few minutes to order at the counter, and waited only a few minutes for a table to open up. They probably could add a table or two, but I really like the outdoor seating. I was given a iced cold mug to put the root beer in. Let me tell you, it makes it taste so much better!. Once seated we only waited maybe 5 minutes for our order. I must admit I have never had a burger from A&W (I usually just order their corn dog nuggets). My double bacon cheese burger was super fresh from the meat to the toppings. Our entire order was correct, which I was not sure to expect with a new restaurant. The only issue I had was the corn dog nuggets were luke-warm. My guess is that they were not made fresh and maybe just have them ready for orders to speed things up. My family will be back!"
