"Had their crew out today to deliver a new refrigerator. Despite the extreme cold, they took measures to insure it was delivered, installed, and insist I was happy. And they did it all while laughing, smiling, and having a good time while working… GREAT JOB GUYS!!!"

"Order was process with a sense of urgency. Rep was precise and setting up delivery was easy. Delivery was quick and precise. Even had tracking on delivery with real time tracking. Communication was easy thru the entire process down to a follow up on services. Quality of product is beautiful. I’m very satisfied with the entire process was a great experience. "Best delivery I’ve ever had! Great communication! Grand gave me a window to expect delivery. They updated me constantly by text letting me know they were going to be early. They had a link so I could track the truck on its way to my house on my phone which was very helpful. The delivery guy who did the install was very polite, efficient and answered any questions I had. I would highly recommend Grand Appliance!!!"

"So disappointed with Grand Appliance. I purchased a Refrigerator, stove and microwave, the refrigerator and stove were floor models. The refrigerator that was a floor model that had a couple Scratches on it (as shown on the picture on the left that i took at the store) no Problem but when my Refrigerator got delivered it had a nice size ding on it (as shown on the picture on the right) that was not like that when we purchased it. when I called Grand Appliance to let them know what happened they told me i should of just refused the delivery when i told him they already left he offered me $100 off then asked if i wanted to start the return process. Grand Appliance has HORRIBLE customer service skills. I will be returning the Refrigerator for a full refund at least that is what the guy on the phone said."
