"Amazing customer service. Food we tried coffee crumble cake. It was amazing. We also tried a French French vanilla muffin. It was good we got strawberry mango. We got strawberry refreshers. We got hot chocolate with Biscoff and we got coconut latte plus Bisco latte. I think it was overall good, and it was one of, all the desserts were fresh and good I will say the best part of it was customer service, which was amazing"

"Beautiful cafe but some menu items are not worth it. Their muffins are like regular costco muffins but cost $5+/each. Drinks are really nice & overall it's a great place to hang out or study at."

"I went to MOTW for the grand opening yesterday and had such a great experience that I went back again in the evening! The location is perfect with lots of windows, making it nice and bright during the daytime. It’s very spacious with ample seating inside and outside. The design, decor, and art inside are unique and the vibes are immaculate! I got an iced biscoff latte & a vanilla coconut latte which were both really delicious. I also got a bagel with labne which was also good and not heavy. I tried the chocolate muffin and it was nice and moist. The classic Bollywood playlist was a bonus. They also have an inclusive multi-faith prayer corner, which I thought was pretty cool and welcoming to all faiths. The customer service was excellent! A special shoutout to Sajjad and Shaz for their kindness & for going above and beyond to make it such an enjoyable experience for the customers! I can definitely see this being my new go-to coffee/hangout spot & I’ll definitely be coming back. 10/10 recommend!"

"Everything a coffee shop should and could be, and more. Clean, bright and beautifully decorated. The staff is polite friendly and attentive. The white chocolate latte easily surpassed the taste and quality of any chain or corporate franchise I used to frequent before October. The muffins were next-level good - flavorful, filling and buttery. You cannot beat the overall mission, either. We loved their products, their staff, their vibe and their message. We will be back - and often!"

"I checked out MOTW Coffee on the grand opening in Lombard. The location is pretty good & vibes are on point. It's a great place to meet and hang out. I also really enjoyed the honey cream pops. They also have a dedicated prayer area which is awesome. One major negative is the coffee. It leaves much to be desired. Looks like they are using super automatic machines which you don't usually see outside a Starbucks type establishment. I tried two lattes and both were very sweet and had a very muted coffee taste to the point where it seemed like flavored milk. Overall this is a nice place from a vibe standpoint but the coffee leaves much to be desired. I'll probably be back to hang out but wouldn't come here just to grab a cup of coffee. I really hope they up their coffee game!"
