"They need more training. I’m not sure if it is theanager or the employees but I ordered a matcha green iced tea latte. First one was matcha blended with milk and espresso. Second one was green tea with matcha and milk. Third one was milk and matcha. Idk how it is normally made and it still doesn’t taste right but it was close enough. The barista said people were complaining about the matcha green tea latte so now they add coffee and blend it any time anyone orders it. If I want coffee I would order coffee."

"The employees here for whatever reason can't make the same drinks that you would get at other normal locations. Even for simple drinks like lattes and seasonal items I have been turned down several times for a specific drink that wasn't at all fancy or complicated TBH. Unless you want a coffee for shopping skip this location."
