"Today through the drive through I ordered my drink with caramel on the cup but my accent must have made it sound like “on the cup” when I told staff it was supposed to be on the cup they fixed it and gave me more than enough caramel. They made my day."
"I stop by this Starbucks daily and I have never had an issue until today. My drinks were watered down and I had asked the cashier for extra of the base. I told him I could pay for extra base because just to make it quick since they were busy. Then he was rude and started talking back to me and that everyday he had people complaining about something. I wasn’t even complaining, I was just asking for extra base that I was willing to pay for."
