"I have been renting from LEMC for almost 3 years now. I have never had any problems with them. The building I live in is old, but they have always come and fixed anything within a few days. They have the best rent prices in all of Canyon. I have only spoken to Donnie once or twice, and he wasn't rude to me at all. I don't know about other people's experiences, but mine haven't been bad personally. I guess we'll see how that goes when we finally move, but for the past 2 1/2 years, things have been pretty all good over all."

"From our experience as homeowners, we have found this business lacking respect for the neighborhood in that their tenants are often disruptive, noisy, and even seem "sketchy." There are instances when people who weren't original tenants come and go at all hours of the day and night, sometimes for as little as 5 minutes, 20 minutes, 40 minutes, an hour, etc. What kind of work or school would allow that kind of coming and going? The former tenant left a broken-down car across the sleep at the end of March. It is still there as of May 4, 2022. For your heath and sanity, please read all the reviews on Google about this company. They appear to have ZERO concern about homeowners and neighborhoods. My husband and I worked and paid into the system for over 50 years. Now we are stuck with a guy who has threatened us, who plays boombox music all night long, who has destroyed the front yard with "bonfire-like" piles of wood and tree limbs. This case is at the prosecutor's office for harassment. The last tenant was just as horrible, and his case has a court date of August 19, 2022. We have BEGGED and BEGGED this company to do something, but they are not interested. From what we understand, an investigator spoke to someone "high up" in the company, and he was not interested in helping us homeowners. We may sue for harassment if this continues. Please be careful!!"

"God awful property management. Pilots go out nearly weekly. After a little over of year with no pest problems I have roaches coming out of my sinks, likely from my duplex neighbor, and the landlord refuses to do anything about it. Avoid this company if possible."

"We had a sewer leak under our house at which they refused to fix. My children lived there and it was unbearable! They wanted us to move out so they could "fix it". We were NOT offered any kind of deductible, they did not offer to put us up in a motel. The plumbers came out about 4 times and didn't do a damn thing. It was a horrible experience, the smell was awful! Please, please, please do not rent from this company! You will regret it! #slumlord!"

"If I could give them negative stars, I would. When I had to move out, they "lost" my move in list of what was wrong with the place. I had someone come in and clean the place for me. They charged me $25 to clean the toilet, $75 to clean the stove etc. They said I tore up the carpet, but there was no carpet in the place. They charged me for an internet router, but I provided that myself. When I left, they said I owed $1500 because I wrecked the place. I knew someone that used to work for them and This person was as ruthless as could be. The entire company is blood thirsty and does not care what happens to anyone. They own property ALL OVER AMARILLO AND CANYON.. .BEWARE!!!!!"
