"I have been critical of this location in the past but they have gotten so much better. I drive-thru many mornings between 5:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. and the ladies always do a nice job. My only complaint is that some mornings like this one, they are understaffed. Most mornings, they are one person short but then there are some days of the week when the drive-through is backed up and you can tell they're two to three people short."

"Our local McDonald's has become so bad. The service is always slow, and every single visit there is something wrong with the order. Literally er can ask if something in the order was done and they will look right at you and say yes, only to check the bag while asking and have it not done. It's gotten to be a joke. For example, we order one item and one drink. It was a big Mac NO pickles and a diet coke. Simple order right, wrong. The cooks put EXTRA pickles and the drink we were handed was a coke. Which is amazing sine the pop machine Literally does the work for then, all they have to do is hand out the drinks in order of how the machine filled them. And how does No turn into extra. It's like this everytime. I often will order nuggets made fresh, because we all know they taste blah if not super hot and h Juicy, I will say may I have a 6pc made fresh but please don't just reheat already made ones, please drop fresh nuggets and I have to check before pulling away because they will simply Redrock nuggets that have been sittings there already, the staff is too young to handle the crowd. These managers are the age group of the patrons they need to tell to quiet done and stop climbing over benches or swearing loudly around children. How does our McDonald's expect a high school student to tell their classmates to behave or worse to leave. The whole location is a hot mess. I don't recommend lemont McDonald's at all."

"Im really sick of going to this location. I asked for (3) Double Hamburgers Plain w/ nothing on them. The Drive thru person even typed the order in correctly but I guess the people making the orders don't know how to read. Very frustrating but I'll never go back to this location. Only positive was the large coke was amazing."
