"I honestly didn’t even want to give this place 1 star because they aren’t even deserving of that. We received a burnt pizza that was delivered to the house. The kids of course dug in unknowingly realizing that the pizza was very much disgusting not only to the eye but the taste as well. We called the restaurant back and spoke with Chelsea who was not interested to hear what our concerns were or cared to display proper customer service skills. We ended up going to the restaurant to ask for a manager, Vicki “the manager” was the most rude, inconsiderate, very disrespectful person in a management position I’ve ever encountered. She was not listening to our simple complaint about the service coming from her staff or this establishment, and failed to respond in an appropriate manner. All she had to say is why did our kids eat a burned pizza and why did we proceed to allow them to eat it if it was so bad. Kids are kids and that should have not been a question to ask a paying customer. She offered a $10 credit toward a $40 plus service and she began to ask my fiancé what does he do for a living (in the midst of us already in a state of disappointment with this situation) As she now is racial profiling him. Why does that even matter? This establishment will not get another dime of my money and anyone reading this should take a second thought before you order anything from this place. Disgusting!!! Food and the workers!"
"A very below level experience! No plastic ware to eat with, knowing they were delivering $60 of goods to a hotel. Substandard taste. Read reviews BEFORE you purchase!!!"
"When you order $60 worth of food for delivery to a hotel, and they don't care about putting 1 napkin, nor do they put 1 fork, not 1 spoon, how pleased can you be? Ok, ONLY IF the food is "great", right? Average. So NO...THIS is definitely not a place I would recommend."
"Went beyond my expectations. Forgot part of my order,went immediately back to get it. Was in no hurry as it was dessert. Next time I ordered the same driver brought it up that he had forgotten my dessert and thanked us for being so understanding. Gave us soda as a thank you. Wasn't necessary but appreciated. Love their pizza and staff. No one better around here!"
"Was in Chicago over the last weekend and picked up some thin crust pizza from this place. I was very impressed! Hot off the oven, great taste and friendly staff! A great Chicago standard!"
