"For the most part, I've had a good experience at this location. The pizza is good. I have had to tell them to brown the pizza a few times because it was undercooked. However tonight they did not answer the phone for like 20 minutes prior to close, so I kept calling in route. I got there 10 minutes before close and they had the lights off, door locked, and counting money. I just don't think that was fair. Other than that, pizza is cool and Jet's does have a really good ranch sauce that you can buy in larger quantities at some locations."

"Like others on here love the pizza but due to service at this location will not be back. The owner is incredibly rude. My order was delivered wrong with missing item and unfortunately my picky kids were not eating it that way. When I called to let them know part of my order was missing he refused to send the delivery back until the next round in 40 minutes. When I explained that wasn’t an acceptable option he told me to “never f$&#*g order from them again” which is clearly a ridiculous way to speak to a customer. Was our family favorite but with service like that we clearly will not be back."

"I love Pizza. So I know what I am talking about here :-) First thing is, I love that the pizza that arrives looks EXACTLY like the pictures you see. How many restaurants can say that? This time I had the Detroit BLT and it was fantastic! Tasted amazing the next day cold! But A special shout out to the driver who dropped off on 11/13 - (St. Andrews Woods)you are great at your job. When you pulled the box out of the warming jacket you were so careful - and I know why. When I opened the box - there was not a single piece of lettuce or tomato that had fallen off the za! You my friend are a magician. I appreciate each and every one of you working to make great pizza. Thank you."

"Jets is SO GOOD. Their service is exceptional. There are usually the same two-three workers that I always see when I go in and I’ve started calling them “Pizza Masters”..at least to myself and my husband. The prices are reasonable, especially if you pick up their $10 for $20 deal on Local Flavor. This is my second time reviewing in the past month. I usually get their deep dish but decided to give the thin crust a go and I have been officially converted to a thin crust lover as of last night. They are generous with toppings, the food is made quickly and they have a wide variety of desserts, breads, sides. Their wings are some of the best I’ve had. Make sure to get pizza sauce on the side for dipping - it’s worth it, trust me."
