"Their food is amazing this was our favorite breakfast diner to go, but this morning it change our mind, we got a really bad waitress, I've never felt so upset. First she dropped coffee on me, then after dropping my food off she never checked on us, she was very dry. Everyone else got their ketchup and sauce but us (my toddler and I)and when I asked for some she seemed upset. The only time she did come back to us was when I was halways through eating my my food ,just to inform me that she had my check and she put it down on the table. I will not be coming back, although their food is amazing, I dind't go eat for free, I have never had such a bad experience until today. She didn't even introduce herself, but there was only 2 waitresses this morning, one with black hair and was nice to come give us a food container to go because she saw us waiting, and then our waitress who had highlights, had an accent maybe Russian, Ukrainian. Anyway, I hope she realizes that she needs to change her attitude, smile at least, I work in customer service too but I could never treat anyone the way she treated us this morning."

"Always a great restaurant! The food tastes fresh and is served hot. Great, friendly, helpful staff! The special, Potato Cakes Benny, was delicious and served with a "smile"!"

"The service was horrible, the waitress almost seemed bothered by having to take a table. She didn’t introduce herself, she wrote nothing down then came back multiple times to ask what we asked for. The. It still came out wrong, I only saw her once the whole time, she never came back to check in. Oh, I did see her counting her tips a few tables over. We never got silverware, their glassware is atrocious, I added pictures to show how unclean these looked. Food was solid, atmosphere was horrible. I would not come back with so many other options in the area."

"Downers Grove best little kept secret! I was pleasantly surprised by this little gem. Did a Google search to try something new. Fast seating, hot food, server Denise was a little slow but very friendly. On a disappointing note, restaurants need to offer more sugar free options other than sugar free syrup. No available sugar free jellies."

"This place is kind of hard to spot as you are driving by, but if you're in the the area give them try. The layout is a little strange, it's set up like an a "U" shape and the parking spots near the restaurant are very limited. They do have additional parking North of them on the strip mall, you just have to walk a little more. The staff is very friendly, accomadating and on top of everything. The food is hit or miss, some things are very good while others are not. To be fair, the staff does a good job making sure that you're satisfied with your meal and they will go above beyond to make sure you're fully satisfied with your meal. The establishment is kept clean and the ambiance is very laid back. Even if their very busy, you don't feel rushed."
