Chipotle Mexican Grill

"First time visit to the Edwardsville Chipotle Mexican Grill. It will definitely will be our only and final visit. Succinctly, its expensive and the food quality is extremely poor. Two bowl meals for poor quality food and tiny portions, at a price of $39.00 is ridiculous. We patronize all local area restaurants often and it is so disappointing to have to leave a poor rating. The truth is this Edwardsville Chipotle Mexican Grill deserves this poor ratings."

"I don't know why there's all the terrible reviews for this place, I'm assuming it's people who ordered online. We just ate inside and the place was reasonably clean, the staff was reasonably friendly and the food was very good. I will say that the burrito wasn't hot, it wasn't ice cold but it definitely wasn't hot, certainly edible. The chips were slightly stale but that's not in deal breaker for us. The bathroom was also reasonably clean."

"Terrible food & service. Ordered delivery and food was ice cold, burrito was half the size of the typical, kids burrito bowl was missing the meat (just rice, sour cream, queso, & tortilla shells), chips were stale, & guacamole was brown. Then, you can't even call the store for your complaint!! We extended grace when they 1st opened, thinking it was all just new to the employees, but 2 years in, and they're still terrible. Lesson learned, we will be sticking with Qudoba here in town."

"Not sure why there are so many horrible reviews. I went here to see if they were true, and despite it is not the best Chipotle ever, it is not a horrible experience. I went twice in 2 days and had my burrito and then my quesadilla on time and not extremely hot, but eatable and without problems. Average Chipotle, but it disappoints!"

"I have been waiting to eat here for awhile now and have been super excited to try it. But when I ordered it, they gave me the complete wrong order, which happens but the fact that my name and order was on a sticker on TOP of the burrito and literally nothing was right about it is super disappointing and a terrible mistake. I ordered a burrito with white rice, fajitas, black beans, and chicken. They gave me a burrito with a meat that I cannot identify, cheese, lettuce, guacamole, salsa, and some type of white sauce. In addition to this, the burrito was ice cold and the chips were stale… I’m an understanding person but seriously… I submitted a request to speak to someone because I deserve a refund. A 30 min car ride to just be disappointed. I would not recommend this place to anyone."
