Imo's Pizza

"Tonight my daughter and I went into IMO's and ordered a large Buffalo Chicken Pizza. After an 50 min wait and still no Pizza arriving at our table, my daughter inquired about our Pizza, the person at the counter informed us they had forgotten to make our Pizza. We were never given any sort of apology or accommodation for our Pizza order being forgotten after waiting for one hour. We were very disappointed in our whole experience at IMO's."

"Walked in tonight to order the lunch special. They no longer offer it at night. Totally cool. I then asked for their medium pizza with the thicker crust (I would get the thick crust on the lunch special) and I was told I could only get the thick crust pizza with a family deal ($26.99). Needless to say, we left. There are some things I will never understand."

"My coworkers and I give this IMO’s a lot of business but as of today I will NEVER patronize this establishment again. So, I ordered a sandwich lunch special amongst other items and I noticed that they left a patty paper on the sandwich. I called to let them know but I wanted to change my order to an 8’ pizza lunch special instead (which was priced the same as the sandwich lunch special) because I was turned off by the sandwich. They said they would honor it but when I asked if they could deliver it because my lunch break was over I was told that I would be charged a delivery fee. Might I add that I’m less than a half a mile away. I told her never mind and released myself from the phone respectfully. How dare you try to charge me a delivery fee for your short comings?!?!?"

"Ill start with saying I like Imos and I love Provel. I attempted to order an XL pizza and cheesy garlic bread, both were burned horribly and cheese was laughable. Call and they remade the pizza, but saying their oven tends to burn everything and they can remove it from the oven early....this one was less burned, but it seems the forgot to put cheese on the pizza. The picture from Ian McDonald's review is what its supposed to look like...this is what mine looked like. Strangely enough I also found a staple in the pizza box as well as another reviewer, but Im willing to say it made it in there when i ripped off the receipt to call the store back...although looking back im pretty sure it was a new staple with no bends in it. This was a huge disappointment because I know how Imos is supposed to be (I also worked there). I guess ill try the Troy location next. Can you tell which was the original pizza and which was the re-made pizza after a complaint? Still couldnt keep the kids out of it, so sorry for the missing pieces."
