"Pizza was real good. My order wasn't on time about 20 minutes slow. But it was Super Bowl Sunday. So I completely understand good service. Good food. They were just running slow because they got slammed"
"Going with three stars. Almost all of our experiences have been positive. It is our favorite pizza, and picking up and delivery have been easy. The reason for the lower rating was from one previous visit. We did not receive an order of 8 wings or any of the 4 sauces we paid for. I filled out a complaint online, and they told me the store manager would reach out to me. The next week, the store manager emailed, saying that he apologizes for our order taking longer than expected (clearly responding to the wrong complaint). When I emailed him back saying that was not the problem and we wanted a refund for our missing food, we never received a response back."
"Just because there is cheese in the crust, doesn't mean there shouldn't be cheese on the pizza. Also, cheese needs to be on top of the ingredients so the ingredients stick to the pizza and not fall all over the place."

"We ordered pickup for a big box which after making it home(6 min drive ) the food was worse than Luke warm and of the two pizzas only 4 slices were edible so 16 slices and only 4 were eaten and a cold pasta and breadsticks that obviously were old and hard…honestly I operate a pizza establishment myself and even on my worse days I understand quality over quantity! Personally we won’t be returning"
