"Ok, so we all love Starbucks but I have a complaint. Just went through the drive-thru where I was handed my hot coffee without a sleeve or a stopper, so I asked if they had sleeves and they said yes. The person handed me a sleeve but proceeded to tell me that they were instructed not to hand them out to everyone anymore. You only get a sleeve if you specifically ask for one... So now I dont even automatically get a sleeve with my $7 hot coffee??"
"The drinks were fine (as usual), but the woman that gave us our drinks at the drive through could not have been more rude. She was talking to a customer about the weather, while our drinks sat on the drive through counter. When she finally gave us our drinks, she just kind of handed them through the drive thru window with no eye contact and no thank you. I've never been treated by a Starbucks employee that poorly before."
"What a wonderful Starbucks! I’m not a coffee drinker tho every once in awhile I’ll get a Frap. Katy, the manager, took wonderful care of me being my birthday. Katy and everyone in the store had smiles and showed kindness. Thank you Starbucks!!!!"
"This place sucks. It’s always a 20-25 minutes wait and then the coffee is terrible. This week while Christmas shopping, I bought an Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso with 2 extra shots of espresso at this location and the location on Center Grove, and the one I got at the other location was quick, the cashier’s were nice, and coffee was fantastic. I understand the store stays a lot more busy, but that’s no excuse for bad products and careless service. I can only chalk it up to bad management."
"The people at this Starbucks are very kind people but I’m tired of going and they can’t even make my coffee right, on top of that you have to wait in a line for about 30 minutes. I order the same thing every time so I know what is supposed to come out of that window. Please go to the other Starbucks in edwardsville if you want correct fast service. I’ve went twice in 24 hours and it’s been wrong both times. I am including a picture of my coffee to show the difference. Both Trenta cold brews with cold foam on top."
