"I went inside to order simple breakfast. Which was a sausage McGriddle with bacon on it and they didn’t put the sausage on it the first time and it says on the receipt my exact order. So I went back in to get fix and I nicely asked them about my order with receipt in hand. They started to come at me aggressively saying I need to pay 2 extra dollars for what I paid for already and being uncooperative saying I have to pay because their worker made a mistake and didn’t do her job right. I was like you did my order wrong so I shouldn’t have to pay to get my order right. Then manger was being rude too saying pay 2$ for bacon and I responded with my receipt says how I should of had my order and I shouldn’t have to pay because I already did pay. They kept on arguing with me and then finally fix my order. I don’t get why I was being attacked by the employee and manger for their mistake. It said bacon on my receipt so why get upset at me and not give me what my receipt said the first time I brought the issue up. These morning workers have a bad attitude especially the manger trying to cover their tracks. Smh this McDonald’s is tragic."
"Ordered a quarter pounder, without the bun (I always do) so I know what a quarter pound patty should look like when it's cooked. What I got was not one, it was actually big Mac patty. The "manager" tried to convince me it was.... But it was not."
