"McDonald's has been so bad the last couple of years that it's ridiculous. Chicken nuggets a big Mac a QPC and 2 large fries and 2 lg Cokes. almost 40 bucks! It took almost 20 minutes to get my food, and although the food was hot, it was soggy and tasteless. I never mind paying for quality i.e. Culver's, Five guys, Red Robin, but this food was terrible and vastly overpriced. I won't be back to this or ANY McDonald's until they get back to a decent quality product at a fair price"

"Have ate Mcd's in a long time, decided to try it around 7-8 pm in the last week. Burgers were fresh and juicy, staff were nice as well. Let's hope these other locations nearby are getting better."
"No customers yet all the employees are standing around. Tables, counters and drink area very dirty. We tried to tell the manager that there was a ton of fruit Flys by the drink area but she didn't seem to care. And unfortunately no greeting or Thank you from the employees. I'm just a number!"
"I’m absolutely disgusted. I have been going to this McDonald’s for a few months and have not experienced this before (to my knowledge). I open my meal and see someone has taken a bite out of my food and placed it in the box. When calling the general manager she simply stated that can’t happen here because we don’t allow our employees to eat while they work on the food line. When asked how they could possibly keep an eye on their employees at all times to see if they take a bite out of food she said she’s constantly watching them. That is not the case obviously. I told her I don’t want a refund and don’t have time to return my food because I’m only given an hour break with 20min of that time spent commuting. She said she will check the cameras and apologized, but did not seem genuine. I want what everyone else wants, health guidelines put in place, especially during a pandemic. This is ridiculous and everyone should reconsider eating at this McDonald’s."
