"I moved to the area about three years ago and this is my go to Dunkin never had any issues up until recently I went on 11/12 and the drive thru line was empty I sat by the speaker for 5 plus minutes saying hello hello until I got taken care of , I went again on 11/13 at around 6:30 pm and again drive thru empty I asked or my usual a medium cappuccino blast and a medium mango smoothie the young man gives me my total then tells me they cannot make my cappuccino blast because the machine is being cleaned (a blender) I said the blender ? He laughed and said yes I said don’t you use the blender for the smoothie as well he said yes , I at that point just cancelled my order this Dunkin has lost a faithful customer due to their slothful employees."
"Come on. The PSL drink was fine, but the drive through person was wearing sunglasses, gave a strange look and didn't say a single word. I'd understand if you had a migraine but, ??? First time at this location so I don't know about the old crew others are mentioning, but yeah something happened here"
"Depending on who is working this Dunkin can be good or completely awful. I came here around 2:45 p.m. on July, 9, 2019 I waited in line for over 15 minutes all I ordered was a small hot coffee. When the cashier finally got to me, I still had to wait. After an additional few minutes I just pulled off. This time I won't be back!"
"I love dunkin coffee, but this location is so inconsistent. Some days the coffee is good, but other days it's so not good, it's frustrating. My husband just picked up two caramel iced machiattos and there was barely any espresso in it. He even paid for extra shots, but definitely didn't get them in our drinks. On days when we get regular iced coffees it's the dame scenario. Very hit or miss on whether they are good or not."
"This location definitely has stepped up there coffee game. Someone is training the employees how they should be trained To make coffee. I stopped going here for a bit. If Mateo wasn't there when I went in I would walk out but I gave it a shot with someone else and well they killed it. I can finally come back to my DD."
