"I was traveling through and didn’t want to eat the breakfast at the hotel. So we decided to go to ihop. Food for me was great my daughter got the new wonka pancake tacos it wasn’t awful but she wasn’t a fan of the filling. They were made really pretty though with gold glitter and fresh fruit. My waitress was fantastic and super friendly."
"Turn around don’t come here…. My eggs were not cooked all the way and he still charged me even though I sent the food back and didn’t eat it it ruined my appetite. The manager and employees were so rude about it. I have never been to an ihop so poorly managed and just not worth it at all. TBH! I would really like my meal refunded. Please! Food was so bad my step son didn’t even eat his meal along with myself. Didn’t even give me a receipt. $58 down the drain!!!"
"The service was fine. I appreciated our waiter for trying his best but the people in the kitchen were making it very hard for him to please us. Ordered my girlfriend the chicken strips and they gave us 2 chicken patties cut in half. Then told us these were the new chicken strips when we asked why they looked like this. It was supposed to be 5 chicken strips anyways but what we got was 2 chicken patties cut in half. My waiter was trying his best and I thank him for that. My problem mainly came from the kitchen. They had an attitude with our waiter when we asked him to take it back to them. I’m very disappointed cause this place used to be so good. I don’t know what happened to it in the last few years"
"Food was prepared as expected. Tasted amazing! Only thing, silverware was dirty. Dishwasher not scrubbing silverware, has to be tossing into washer tray and sent through wash cycle. Had to ask for glass of hot water, soak them, and wipe clean."
"The waitress, was very kind. English is not her strong suit, but that's fine. Our silverware was not cleaned properly at all. It was not scrubbed. Looks like the person just rinsed it with cold water and called it good. We had to get a cup of hot water ourselves and let them soak in it for a while before wiping it down with a napkin. The food was very low quality. Denny's at 3am on a Monday has better quality than this in all honesty. My crepes were... mediocre at best. Strawberries were fresh from what I could tell. Overall, the food was... meh. Also this place also has a faint smell of dirty gym socks, or a sweaty locker room."
