"Normally don’t leave reviews but I’m hoping this makes it to upper management. 30 minutes in curbside while there’s no line in the drive through seems excessive. Currently still waiting while I type this review. This has happened the last three times at this location only. Last time it happened I walk inside to make sure it wasn’t an issue with the app and low a behold my order is sitting on the counter behind the register. Received my food, a shallow apology, and went on my way. Big surprise,cold food like it had been sitting for 30 minutes. Everyone wants $15 an hour yet service continues to decline. Do better."

"Went to this location for lunch, the cashier had a 'sour' look on her face and could barely understand her, looked like we bothering her! Placed our order...why do they ask what drink do we want when we get our own drinks! Also we were missing one item, had to wait several minutes to even tell them we were missing an order.. there was a small group of teenagers there that were a nuisance the manager should have told them to leave...oh yes where was the Manager...terrible service. Also. Christmas decor is still up!!! Where is the Manager!!"

"One star is one star too many. Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes, they shorted me change and when I finally got my food the bun of my cheese burger was hard. The person handing me my food gave me a dirty look..I said thank you and she didn't respond and shut the window. The Ofallon, IL McDonald's is by far the worst! Similar experience last time I went. I WILL NOT be going back. I can understand being busy.. Which they really weren't.. But there's no excuse for being plain rude. I didn't order plain rude..I ordered a plain cheese burger."

"I don't usually leave reviews, but this was the worst experience I have ever had at a McDonald's. The food was horrible. The fries were cooked in old grease. I waited over 20 minutes for a replacement sandwich. I ended up requesting a refund because I still hadn't received my food. The service was even worse than the food. And to top it off, the fountain soda spouts had slime hanging from them. Clearly, it hasn't been cleaned in a while. Highly disappointed is an understatement."

"This location used to be really nice, with good food/service. Now, it's probably the worst one in this area. In the past 2 years, I've gone maybe 15 times, and not a single of these times did they get everything on my order right. Then when I need something simple like a small fry because they forgot it, I have to wait another 30 minutes."
