"I have eaten here 4 or 5 times since this place opened and the food has always been disappointing, not to mention ridiculously overpriced. The meat burgers are totally over cooked, thin, dry and burnt tasting. The Impossible burger is so expensive that it’s almost funny. The fries and onion rings are the same way, overcooked, dry and completely forgettable. I will say that the shakes are delicious. Service is just okay, the workers are all nice enough. Atmosphere is cool, but the food is not even close to being worth the money. Today will be the last time…Sorry…"

"Horrible food. First time ordering it was disgusting and extremely over priced. Shakes expensive and very very small and mine had no orange flavor and the fries were very small and nothing to brag about below average fries. My fresco melt hamburger meat was pure raw the edge of the burger was cooked but when you bit in it was very raw Called manager he advised new cooks and lots of complaints about raw meat. This is a training issue and frankly potentially making customers very sick with raw meat, I mean mine was not under cooked it was raw bright red so manger did not offer to come back so I could get something else he said a mgr will call me back in the morning. Do I guess I’m supposed to go hungry. They gave me no ketchup I requested and no napkins and no thousand island. They failed miserably. They are never gonna stay in business with the high prices and below substandard food. Very very disappointing and disgusting Cooks should not even be cooking on their own if they can’t cook a hamburger patty properly so customers do not get food poisoning. Never will return to many other hamburger places that are way better and cheaper. With the pricing so expensive I was expecting a good gourmet burger boy was i wrong."

"I ordered a Frisco Hamburguer and I thought that it would not be enough but I was super wrong! My husband loved the salmon salad and his Hersheys milk shake."

"Will have to try again. I wasn't overly impressed with my choice of the Frisco melt. It was large and I had half for another meal, but it was a bit heavy and the flavor just didn't pop. Fries were just ok, not fresh tasting, but had a good seasoning on them. The chicken sandwich my son had looked delicious and he ate it all. I will go back, but it is not a cheap place"

"Fantastic smash burger! The flavor of the meat was excellent. Great tasting fries too (although STL location gives more) and the shakes are tops in the city. Don't waste your money at some of the other places out there. If you love a great burger, go to Hi-Pointe!"
