"I love the flavors that are offered and came to this location often since opening but it's fallen off lately. The new staff are great and friendly but idk it's them or new policy but apparently some drinks don't come with tapioca even tho it's an option. I bought a drink and while I waited, the employee who took my order came back up to the front to state what I ordered, they were out of it, which is fine since I could order my second choice. I get the drink but it came with no tapioca. I tell the girl and she states the drink usually doesn't come with tapioca... but isn't tapioca a topping that can come in any drink for extra? My original drink I asked for tapioca and she stated she could add it into the order after I drank some, which was nice of her but I opted out bc I was on a time crunch."
"Everyone’s experience is different but every time I come here, it’s always been pretty decent. Employees are usually nice and they get the product out in a reasonable amount of time. Wide selection on their menu and they had no problem explaining items."
"We were eating in the food court like area and wanted to try the drinks at Gong Cha. They were very tasty and we enjoyed them very much. We appreciated the opportunity to order them with the desired amount of ice and sugar. One at the table ordered with 50% less sugar, and the other ordered 100% of both. There were quite a few people there, but we were able to find a place to sit without any issue. The whole area, including the restrooms, is handicap accessible."
"Delicious tea! Sweet staff! Great location inside HMart. I ordered the Creme brûlée brown sugar milk tea- no ice, 30% sugar. Next time I’ll try no added sugar because the tea is sweet on its own, but with 30% it’s the perfect sweetness of a dessert. Highly recommend!"
