"There is no drive thru window. It’s been converted to app only. I ordered on the app. I paid my money. I’ve been waiting here at a DRIVE THRU 27 minutes. I went to the window to get my food and they told me they couldn’t find the order and to please pull ahead. I’ve seen 5 other people go past me while I’m sitting at this mobile pick up sign. My order is NOT complicated. I literally only added chicken to a sandwich. Everything else is standard. The lady just came out and asked me for my name again. She’s asked me 5 times so far. My goodness! I just saw two other customers walk out very very disgusted. Who the heck is managing this place!! It’s 11:22. I just barely got my food. I ordered at 11:34. Never coming here again. Nothing about this location is fast"
