"They don’t care, especially the lady manager ( hopefully not the /an owner ). Got peanut butter and chocolate ice cream, literally so melted that I had to ask for a cup and vanilla ice cream that was still mostly hard when I got home down the road. Chocolate soup before out of the lot to 59. My bad. I should have not accepted it. When I got home I called them to tell them that they need to put the PB chocolates in the freezer or just not serve it. I got a guy that gave me the manager, who was the lady who was asking if my dog wanted to pop cup instead of taking that ice cream back out of my hand when I told her this is really melted. She is the one that handed me the cup….. Anyway, as I’m having like a really nice conversation because I take responsibility for driving away, I hear the guys voice when I was done and the manager in the middle of a conversation, gave the phone back to him. Talk about rude. My daughters took me there before when she wanted some thing and it was always an issue, but truly I never went there enough. I have my own one that I go to in the Delta sonic which is way better. Stay away from this one, they don’t care."

"Would like the owners to know your associates are closing your store 15 minutes early. We pulled at 4:15 to grab a cup of coffee. No one answered pulled up to the window and the girl rudely put her hand by her throat like no more. How disgusting of a place! That’s why the owners lost their other location and it had to close down! Better off going less than a mile north or even south on 59 for another Dunkin. This place is a joke. Another time I was here the guy handed me my cup using the palm of his hand over the drink/mouth part! GROSS! Never Again will I come here. Hope this place shuts down too!"
"Coffee was good but this wakeup wrap is way below my expectations. Not even sure what to think besides this is nasty. So many other dunkin locations in the area, 100% recommended going to a different one."
